*CHEYENNE, Wyo.- Feb. 8, 2026* – Governor Mark Gordon (R-WY) will join the 68th Wyoming Legislature on Monday, Feb. 9 at 10 a.m. to deliver his State of the State address.  

Citizens across the state can stream the speech live on Wyoming PBS [ [link removed] ]. The Governor will be followed by the Chief Justice of the Wyoming Supreme Court giving the State of the Judiciary. 

“Wyoming sits at a crossroads,” Governor Gordon said. “The actions of the 68th Legislature are pivotal: they will either propel our economy forward with a familiar pro-business, pro-growth, and robust private property agenda or they will invite economic decline. Halting growth, diminishing opportunity, weakening the University of Wyoming, and dissolving statewide economic development coordination, are just a few ingredients to stagnation and decline.”

The people’s business this year is to pass a balanced state budget addressing the essentials required from our state government.   The Governor supports a spending strategy that promotes growth in our economy, strengthens our communities, provides for our most vulnerable citizens and protects our core industries.
