President Trump is urging the Supreme Court to destroy the entire Affordable Care Act and end healthcare protections for 133 million Americans. Today, we filed our formal response to the President’s deadly and flawed argument to gut affordable healthcare.
 
This is our last major action in this case before our Supreme Court oral arguments this fall. 
 
 
Like a professional hustler, President Trump has vowed to “always protect people with pre-existing conditions” even as he actively argues in the Supreme Court to rip those very protections away. If the President and his allies get their way, we will all lose:
 
❌ GONE: Pre-existing condition protections for 133 million Americans
❌ GONE: Healthcare coverage for over 20 million people
❌ GONE: Our best tool to address racial health disparities
