The Roberts Court has been a disaster for democracy, dating all the way back to their decision to bar federal courts from reviewing partisan gerrymanders. But they didn't stop there -- here's what they've been up to lately:

• In Florida, the Court allowed the implementation of legislation that imposes a modern-day poll tax on formerly incarcerated individuals seeking to register to vote.
• In Wisconsin and Alabama, the Court's rulings made it significantly harder to vote by mail, forcing voters to choose between casting a ballot and staying safe during the public health crisis.

Here at the NDRC, we're fighting back on multiple fronts to defend EVERY American's right to vote. Just recently, we launched a massive campaign with Let America Vote to pressure Mitch McConnell to fund vote-by-mail.
