It was a top priority of mine as a congressman to restore Amtrak service to our area. Our area should not take a backseat to other regions that do have Amtrak service. At my request, Governor Josh Shapiro agreed to back this project, and that has made all the difference. It’s Thursday, February 19 at 4:00 p.m. for an update on the progress. Click here for the link.

Steve Israel, there to discuss his new novel The Einstein Conspiracy with Lycoming County Commissioner Mark Mussina, himself also an author (and brother of Hall of Fame MLB pitcher Mike Mussina).
