Good morning Young Democrats,

Today is the Super Bowl of CYD Deadlines because TODAY is the LAST day to to register for $55 for CYD’s upcoming convention ([link removed]) and today is the last day to charter or re-charter your CYD club or caucus ([link removed]) to be eligible to vote in CYD elections and endorsements at convention.

All clubs are required to charter or recharter with CYD ([link removed]) for 2026, so if you are a CYD, college, or high school Democrats club leader, or a CYD caucus leader, and you did not submit your CYD chartering documents ([link removed]) including your membership list and bylaws, please do so today. If you are unsure if your club or caucus is properly chartered, or you need assistance, email your CYD Regional Director ([link removed]) or CYD VP of Membership Maiya De La Rosa (mailto:[email protected]?subject=Chartering%20Help&body=) , and if you haven’t yet submitted get the details here and submit ([link removed]) everything today!

REGISTER FOR CONVENTION NOW ([link removed]) : CYD extended the $55 registration rate for CYD’s upcoming 2026 Endorsing Convention presented by Alliance Against Corporate Abuse (details and schedules on our website ([link removed]) ) in San Francisco, February 20-22, through TODAY. If you haven’t registered, register here ([link removed]) before the end of today, Sunday, February 8th. Prices increase starting Monday from $55 to $75. At the convention, CYD will hold elections for CYD officer positions, present CYD Awards, and consider endorsements pursuant to CYD Bylaws ([link removed]) . You don’t want to miss this weekend of fun events, inspiring guest speakers, informative trainings, and networking.
