1. More than half of Colorado's voters – the people who will decide this race – are either independent or unaffiliated with a political party. That means this race is totally up for grabs.

2. It's going to cost a lot of money to get ads on the air and travel statewide to reach those voters with our vision and win their support – not to mention fending off the dishonest attacks from MAGA Republicans.

3. We need to let voters know about our plan to make Colorado the best place to live, work, and raise a family – including building more starter homes, creating a public health care option, and cutting down on electric costs. Things that will actually make a difference in their lives.

4. My top far-right opponent raised over $300,000 last month alone. By contrast, we ended January just 1.8% shy of our $60,000 goal.

5. We CANNOT afford to fall short of the $30,000 goal for our upcoming mid-month deadline: because MAGA megadonors like Elon Musk will spend millions to help my pro-Trump opponent across the finish line. But our campaign is solely funded by small-dollar grassroots support – so if we keep missing our goals, then come Election Day, we will be left behind.

Now, this list barely scratches the surface of why your $5 donation is so urgently needed today.
