FPC made big news this last week by filing our opening brief <[link removed]> with the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals in our case Elite Precision Customs v. ATF.

As you know, Elite Precision is our legal challenge to the federal ban on interstate handgun sales. We filed our appeal after the district court wrongly upheld the ban.

This ridiculous ban has no right to exist in the first place, and we will continue to fight tooth and nail to obliterate it at the Fifth Circuit!
