There’s a lot happening in Minnesota right now, and a lot of moving pieces at play. But here are three things I know for sure:
1) Minnesota is being targeted by the Trump administration in a campaign of political retribution. They aren’t interested in what’s best for Minnesota. Instead, they’re trying to make an example out of us.
2) Communities across our state are uniting to get through this together — and I couldn’t be more proud of them. Minnesotans are pulling through, like we always do.
3) Our legal costs are mounting. The reality is, the Department of Justice’s bogus investigation could very well cost us millions of dollars when all is said and done.
I’m counting on our allies in every part of the country to step up and have our backs. This is one of the toughest fights I’ve faced in my decades of public service, so I’m asking for your support as I continue to stand up for Minnesota in the courts and on the streets.
