It’s been a year full of chaos, corruption, and cruelty since Donald Trump
returned to the White House. The Trump administration has dismantled the
Department of Education and pardoned insurrectionists. Trump is using ICE
as his personal paramilitary force. Republicans in Congress have gutted
Medicaid and SNAP to reward Donald Trump’s billionaire buddies.

But here’s what gives us hope: Everyday people are rising up to fight for
their rights and protect their neighbors. This refusal to give up — even
when it’s hard — is what will get us through this.
