Across the country, the safety and well-being of everyday people are being disregarded for political games and corporate profit. 

But knowledge is a powerful force, and understanding what we're facing and how we can take action is the best first step in fighting back. 

A critical discussion on health & environmental injustice you can't miss. The information shared during this livestream will give you the knowledge and resources to have important conversations. With your neighbors. With your elected officials. With your family and friends. We will then take action together on our "Make Polluters Pay" campaign, which outlines the next steps to hold polluters accountable for the health harms they cause. 

But we can't hold them accountable if we don't understand what they've done. On our livestream you'll hear from: 

Manning Rollerson, a frontline community leader and founder of the Freeport Haven Project, based in Brazoria County, Texas, actively opposes the expansion of the Freeport LNG (aka methane-fracked gas) facility due to environmental and safety concerns. He'll share personal stories about how these projects are harming his community and making them sick.

Dr. Laalitha Sarpenia, a physician who will explain, in plain language, how fossil fuel pollution affects every organ in your body, and share her experience traveling 1,200 miles across the United States to see the impacts of the fossil fuel industry. 

Claire Dorner, a policy expert at the Sierra Club, will outline how we make polluters pay and which fights we can achieve right now.
