Message from the Chairman:
Over the last couple of months, grassroots Utahns have stepped up
to defend a simple but vital principle: the people—not judges or
unelected commissions—should decide how our state is governed. That
principle is now on the line.
We are in the final push to place the repeal of Proposition 4 on
the ballot so Utah voters—not a single judge—can decide the future of
redistricting in our state.
The Utah Constitution is clear. Article IX vests redistricting
authority solely in the Legislature, the body directly accountable to
the people. Proposition 4 undermined that constitutional order by
shifting power away from elected representatives and into the hands of
an unelected commission—removing accountability and inviting judicial
control.
This repeal is not about partisanship. It is about restoring
representative government and reaffirming that major policy decisions
belong with voters and the officials they elect—not with unaccountable
actors.
The deadline to sign the repeal initiative is February 15, and
every signature brings us closer to letting Utahns vote on this
question themselves. If you have not yet signed—or know friends or
family who haven’t—please act now.
Find a signing location near you at ufrg.org/calendar and help
ensure that Utah’s future is decided by Utahns.
Sincerely,

National Committeewoman Update
I'm proud to report that the
Republican National Committee is doing exactly what Republicans expect
a national party to do: win elections and defend our Republic.
As a member of the Budget Committee, I’ve worked to ensure our
resources are laser-focused on victory—protecting the ballot box,
building best-in-class data resources, expanding support for state
and county parties, and investing in the next generation of
conservative leaders through young
Republican organizations. This is
how winning coalitions are built.
We closed out 2025 with historic fundraising success. While
post-presidential years typically bring a financial slowdown, we
shattered expectations—ending the year with nearly $100 million cash
on hand as we head into the midterms. The RNC is debt-free,
out-raising the Democrats, who were forced to borrow $15 million just
to pay their bills. We are also out-raising every other Republican
committee. That’s strength. That’s discipline. That’s
leadership.
