Trump is weaponizing the justice system against any leader who dares stand up to him.

My office just received a criminal grand jury subpoena from the DOJ related to our work on federal immigration enforcement – which arrived shortly after we sued the Trump administration to challenge their illegal actions here in Minnesota.

Let’s be clear about why this is happening: Donald Trump is coming after the people of Minnesota, and I’m standing in his way.

I will not be intimidated, and I will not stop working to protect Minnesotans from Trump’s campaign of retaliation and revenge. But I need support from people like you.
