2025 was a difficult year. Lifesaving, health-based responses to the overdose crisis faced significant funding cuts. Despite these challenges, DPA kept moving forward - standing up for what works and laying groundwork for future reform. Thank you for standing with us! 

Last year, the Trump administration made massive cuts to Medicaid, addiction, and overdose prevention services. They tried to cut even more this year, but we fought back. Together, we convinced Congress to prevent more harm and preserve funds for lifesaving programs.
