As we learned this week, the Department of Homeland Security is quietly purchasing massive industrial warehouses in places like Phoenix, Philadelphia, and San Antonio. They are converting them into detention camps capable of holding anywhere from a few thousand to over 11,000 human beings at a time—double the size of the largest federal prison in America.

They are doing this without notifying local mayors, without public hearings, and they are counting on secrecy to build a prison system in our backyards.

Today, I am announcing the next phase of Operation Liberty.

We are deploying mobile investigation units to as many of these warehouse sites as we possibly can.

Our mission is two-fold:

Investigate: We will monitor construction, identify who is issuing permits, and expose the corrupt individuals enabling this.

Inform: We will flood the surrounding towns and neighborhoods with poster campaigns, billboards, and local advertising. We will tell the neighbors exactly what is happening down the street. We will not let anyone in these communities claim they "didn't know" what their government was doing.

This is a massive undertaking. To run a comprehensive, long-term investigation and influence campaign at a single location costs $100,000.

The math is simple: If we raise $100,000, we can cover one site. If we raise $1,000,000, we can cover ten.
