As the Winter Olympics get underway, it’s a reminder of the rare moments when
sports don’t just entertain us - they bring our country together.

I was honored to have the opportunity to sit down with Mike Eruzione, captain
of the 1980 U.S. Olympic hockey team and a central figure in the “Miracle on
Ice,” one of the greatest moments in American sports history.



In our conversation, we talk about leadership, teamwork, and what it meant to
be part of a moment that united Americans and still resonates decades later. I
