We need your voice now to protect the Endangered Species Act and the wildlife that depend on it.

John,

I've been fighting to save endangered species for 30 years — and there's never been a moment like this.

Trump's shredding of the Endangered Species Act is the most vicious attack I've ever seen on animals and plants on the brink of extinction.

And it couldn't come at a worse time. Around the globe, 1 million species face extinction. The last thing they need is a wrecking ball through the world's most important wildlife law.

Last night I was so heartened that hundreds joined a call with the Center's team to mobilize to save the Endangered Species Act. We need your voice now.

Trump and Interior Secretary Bernhardt are lying when they say their new rules won't hurt imperiled species.

Just the opposite — their ruthless assault on the Act will doom species from cauliflower coral around the Hawaiian islands to the Mariana eight-spot butterfly and elfin woods warbler.

The Act has become the single most important law for saving thousands of animals and plants. It's the reason the world still contains grizzly bears, wolves, gray whales and bald eagles. It's the lifeline saving Africa's giraffes from a freefall towards extinction. And it's the reason we still have hope that polar bears won't be lost to climate change.

Act now for endangered species and tell Congress to defend the single most important environmental law we've got.

If we don't stop them, "threatened" wildlife will no longer receive any level of protection.

Wildlife awaiting help could face even longer life-threatening delays.

With a powerful Endangered Species Act, we can save wildlife — 99 percent of the species granted its protection have been saved.

Tell your member of Congress to do everything in their power to defend wildlife and uphold the Endangered Species Act in this time of extinction crisis.

Take Action
