John,

Unborn babies are under withering attack nationwide, even globally.

Together, we’re just about 48 hours from a major deadline.

Radical Left-run states are expanding live-birth abortions. Planned Parenthood is expanding its operations even during the pandemic.

We MUST act. At the ACLJ, we’re expanding our pro-life legal work in a major way. We just helped a state pass a groundbreaking pro-life law that will allow abortionists to be sued for coercive abortions.

Several new abortion-related cases are pending before the Supreme Court – and we’re filing in each of them.

We just sent critical legal letters to stop a U.N. agency (that’s propped up by your tax dollars) from withholding Coronavirus food shortage aid simply because it doesn’t contain abortion funding. They’re letting children starve to fund abortion. It’s demonic.

We're literally battling your tax dollars in federal court against Planned Parenthood. We’re planning to appeal a devastatingly unjust jury verdict that awarded Planned Parenthood millions of dollars from pro-lifers who exposed its illegal sale of aborted babies’ body parts.

We are engaged in the fight to defend precious unborn babies at EVERY SINGLE LEVEL – local, state, federal, and even international. Our work DOES NOT STOP, but we urgently need YOU.

We can win, but we're battling the abortion industry’s taxpayer-funded deep pockets in court. Our Midnight Matching Challenge Deadline is in just TWO DAYS, but we're short of our goal. $20 becomes $40; $40 becomes $80.
