In one month, Mamdani has:

Helped make housing affordable. He revived the Office to Protect Tenants
that Eric Adams gutted. Launched task forces to eliminate barriers and
fast-track affordable housing on city-owned land. And started "Rental
Ripoff" hearings across all five boroughs so New Yorkers can testify about
abusive landlord practices.

Delivered universal childcare. He partnered with Governor Hochul to
announce free childcare for 2-year-olds and expanded 3K and Pre-K
programs.

Made transit work. He personally went out and fixed a dangerous bike lane
bump on the Williamsburg Bridge himself because that's the kind of thing
that actually matters to people trying to get to work safely.

Cut the bullshit. On day one, he revoked every executive order Eric Adams
issued after his indictment. He mandated that every city agency appoint a
"Chief Savings Officer" to eliminate waste. He cracked down on hidden fees
in gym memberships and concert tickets.

It’s not that Mamdani is some kind of savant or genius. Someone with
better policies who prioritizes normal people instead of the wealthy and
well connected was elected instead of another establishment Dem catering
to donors.

Mamdani is proving exactly why we started Leaders We Deserve — to elect
leaders who don't just talk about change, but actually deliver it.

I’ve said this before about him: When a candidate truly believes in what
they’re saying and doesn’t change their values under pressure, that
inspires people. This New York race felt huge for so many young people
