John – Congress is still negotiating how to hold ICE and CBP accountable for their abuses and whether to give more money to DHS. Many members in Congress are holding the line because hundreds of thousands of people have sent emails, called congressional offices, and spoken out. That pressure is working, but this is not the time to let up. Keep the pressure on and tell Congress to hold the line on holding ICE accountable for their violence. [[link removed]]

This is a crucial moment in the fight to hold ICE accountable and ensuring real, enforceable guardrails on immigration enforcement. Right now, we’re demanding that Congress:

* Gets ICE and Border Patrol out of MN and other communities.
* Bans enforcement at sensitive locations like houses of worship, child care centers, schools, and hospitals
* Stops discriminatory profiling based on race, speech, or where they work or live
* Ends warrantless home entries and arrests

Instead of funneling billions of taxpayer money into ICE and CBP enforcement that fuels deportations and chaos in our communities, Congress should be focused on lowering costs, helping families afford care and making health care accessible..

Your actions are working - but we’re not finished. Congress needs to keep hearing from you - send a message today and tell your member of Congress: fund care, not ICE violence. [[link removed]]

The majority of domestic workers sit at the center of some of our nation’s most decisive issues because of who they are and what they do: they are women – mostly women of color, immigrants, mothers, and low-wage workers. They are impacted by almost every policy affecting the future of our economy, democracy and country.

Domestic workers can lead us toward a new, inclusive vision for the future for all of us -- and your grassroots support is the fuel that can get us there.
