Folks,

My new bill would be a huge step toward rooting out corruption in Congress – the Restore Trust in Congress Act – to ban members of Congress from owning and trading stocks.

Hardworking families are struggling just to put food on the table, while some members of Congress are getting rich playing the stock market.

Congress members should not be able to use their position and access to confidential, insider information for their personal financial gain. It’s past time to hold Congress accountable. BAN STOCK TRADING IN CONGRESS >> [[link removed]]

Stock trading by members of Congress erodes public trust and opens the door to corruption. It allows politicians to profit while the people they’re supposed to serve fall further behind.

I’m done with it. I’m fighting to root out corruption and take big money out of politics – and I need to know if you’re with me.

Will you stand up and add your name in support of banning stock trading in Congress by midnight tonight? I need 55 signatures from your area to show widespread support for this bill >> [[link removed]]

Thanks for standing for accountability and fairness.

Kirsten
