Hello Young Democrats,

This weekend is the final chance to register for CYD’s upcoming convention ([link removed]) before prices go up by $20, and the last weekend to charter/recharter your CYD club or caucus ([link removed]) to be eligible to vote at the convention. Register for Convention now ([link removed]) and charter or re-charter ([link removed]) your CYD club or caucus by the end of Sunday, February 8th!

REGISTER FOR CONVENTION NOW ([link removed]) : CYD extended the $55 registration rate for CYD’s upcoming 2026 Endorsing Convention presented by Alliance Against Corporate Abuse (details and schedules on our website ([link removed]) ) in San Francisco, February 20-22, through the end of this weekend. If you haven’t yet registered, register here ([link removed]) by Sunday, February 8th. Prices increase starting Monday from $55 to $75 per person. At the convention, CYD will hold elections for CYD officer positions, present CYD Awards, and consider endorsements pursuant to CYD Bylaws ([link removed]) . You don’t want to miss this weekend of fun events, inspiring guest speakers, informative trainings, and networking.

DUE BY END OF SUNDAY - 2026 CYD CHAPTER & CAUCUS CHARTERING

All Young Democrats chapters and caucuses must charter or re-charter with the California Young Democrats by the end of this Sunday, February 8, 2026, to be eligible to vote in CYD elections and meetings. All CYD chapters are required to recharter for 2026. All chartering details and instructions are available on CYD’s website here ([link removed]) .
