The Lincoln Project

Friend,

Trump “truthed” from his account over 50 times in one hour this morning.

One of his posts stood out from the others.

Trump Tweet

Yep. The only Black president in this nation’s history and his wife depicted as apes. Unbelievably shocking thing for the President of the United States to post on his social media account.

But remember, it’s just another distraction.

Here’s Trump’s thought process:

“Economy… very very bad. Inflation… not real, very very bad. ICE, doing a great job, one of the best jobs in HISTORY… Epstein, great guy, great taste in women… very very dead… still dead, I think… but the American people… very very dumb. Lost another MAGA Congressman this week… very weak… the PEOPLE need to see that my people (THE BEST PEOPLE) are PAYING ATTENTION TO THIS MATTER! I know…”

The Obamas as apes? Couldn’t hit send fast enough.

Everybody knows Donald Trump is a racist. We’ve known this for a really long time. Is this one of the more racist things he’s done? Totally. Should he be under serious fire for this? Yes. But, should we let this dominate the media? Absolutely not.

Trump posting this AI video this morning wasn’t random. He did this because every hour for the past week, something new comes out about him and Epstein. It’s been the story that not only won’t go away for him, but keeps getting worse for him.

We have to focus on the big picture here. We have to avoid the bait.

Keeping our eyes on the prize means not letting Trump and Epstein’s brotherhood leave the news cycle. Trump’s machine is focused on distracting. We’re focused on combatting his publicity stunts. Chip in so we can expose Trump’s strategy and keep America focused on the Epstein files >>
