The road report highlights new and ongoing projects on County-maintained roads. It is sent each Friday. Information in the Road Report can change due to weather, material, equipment or crew availability.

*South Kitsap*

*SE Olympiad Dr* will be closed between SE Southworth Dr and Inlet Ln SE for the Harper Estuary Barrier Correction project. Closure is anticipated to be in place through October, 2026. Visit the project page [ [link removed] ] for details.

*Harris Rd SE* is closed between SE Lund Ave and SE Galeel Ct. West Sound Utility District has contractor, SEI, Inc., on site doing water line relocation in conjunction with upcoming County Road project. Road is only to be closed to thru traffic 8:00am-5:00pm, with local access allowed, through Saturday, February 28.

Expect delays on *SE Lund Ave* between Hoover Ave SE and Chase Ave SE through Saturday, February 28. West Sound Utility District has contractor, SEI, Inc., on site doing work for water line relocation in conjunction with future County Road project.

Crews are conducting maintenance activities at the locations listed below. Expect moderate delays between 5 and 10 minutes:


* *Madrona Dr SE* entire length (MO-FR)
* *Ponderosa Dr SE* entire length (MO-FR)
* *SE Mile Hill Dr* between Long Lake Rd SE and SE Southworth Dr (MO-FR)

*WSDOT Travel Advisory - Utility work requires night and early morning SR 3 lane closures in Gorst: *From 7 p.m. until 5 a.m. the following morning, Tuesday, Feb. 3 through Friday, Feb. 6, private utility crews will replace a pole at the intersection of SR 3 and Sam Christopherson Avenue.

*During the work, travelers can expect:*


* Reduced lanes on SR 3 in Gorst.
* Occasional one-way alternating traffic controlled by flaggers at the intersection.
* No access to or from Sam Christopherson Avenue at SR 3.
* No access to or from West Frontage Road at SR 3.

All work is scheduled to be completed by 5 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 7.The work may be rescheduled if there is strong wind or heavy rain.

*Central Kitsap*

Crews are conducting maintenance activities at the locations listed below. Expect moderate delays between 5 and 10 minutes:


* *Trenton Ave NE* from NE Stone Way to NE Sylvan Way (MO-FR)

Expect delays on *NE Helm St* between NE Fruitland St and Trenton Ave for water utility work.

*North Kitsap*

Crews are conducting maintenance activities at the locations listed below. Expect moderate delays between 5 and 10 minutes:


* *Kingston St NE* from Indianola Rd NE to NE Shore Dr (MO-FR)
* *Kitsap St NE* from Indianola Rd NE to NE Shore Dr (MO-FR)
* *NW Mulholland Blvd* from Lofall Rd NW to end of county maintained (MO-FR)
* *NW Clinton Ave* from NW Mulholland Blvd to Lofall Rd NW (MO-FR)
* *Tamsen Ave NW* entire length (MO-FR)
