Here’s how Vote By Mail Day went by the numbers:

Join us for the People's Day of Action

Friend,

Thanks to your work, Team NextGen was able to reach 3.7 MILLION young voters yesterday during our inaugural National Vote By Mail Day of Action.

@BenWessel: ~1 month ago,@NextGenAmerica decided we needed to help the #youthvote learn to #VoteByMail2020. So we recruited partners & got to organizing #VoteByMailDay. 🚨Final tally🚨
3.7 MILLION 18-35yo in key states contacted
3.6 MILLION texts sent
54,000+ calls made
6,000+ volunteers

In the words of our presidential nominee: This is a BFD.

3.7 million young people were contacted and urged to vote — some for the first time in their lives. With the support of key partners like Vote Save America, we were able to give these young voters the chance to be a part of a GIANT movement that will push our endorsed candidates across the country past the finish line.

Let me be clear: The youth vote will be the margin of victory come November. Period.

I can’t thank you enough for stepping up to do the work. We cannot win without your engagement.

We can’t stop here. So what comes next? That’s up to you.

1. If you haven't already, make sure you and your loved ones have pledged to vote for Joe Biden and progressives up and down the ballot in November: PLEDGE TO VOTE

2. Keep getting out the vote in key battleground states by staying in our volunteer Slack workspace — our team will keep you updated about the latest campaigns.

We’re going to win this election because of your work. I know it.

Thanks for being a part of the movement,

Ben Wessel
