In 2026, every legislative seat in North Carolina will be on the ballot.

All 170 seats in the General Assembly.
A State Supreme Court seat.
Critical Court of Appeals races.

The road to defending our democracy runs straight through these elections.

And so does the path to reproductive freedom, voting rights, and progressive policy in our state.

That’s why we’re launching $26 for 2026—a monthly membership program asking our most committed supporters to invest $26 a month in the women who will shape North Carolina’s future.

Here’s what your support has already made possible:

For the past four years, an average of 41% of the women we trained who went on to run for office won their races.

For more than 20 years, Lillian’s List has supported 155 progressive women running for the legislature and Council of State.

51% of the women we’ve supported and elected to the legislature are Black women, 5% AAPI, and 44% white—building leadership that actually reflects North Carolina.

This didn’t happen by accident. It happened because people like you invested early, consistently, and strategically in women who are ready to lead.

In 2026, the stakes could not be higher.

Pro-choice, progressive women are the firewall protecting:

     • Reproductive healthcare access

     • Voting rights  

     • Fair maps and accountable courts

     • Public education, worker protections, and basic dignity

Anti-choice extremists know this—which is why they’re targeting these same races with everything they’ve got.

We cannot afford to sit this out.
