Emgage Action Proudly Endorses Nida Allam for U.S. House (NC-04)

Emgage Action is proud to endorse Nida Allam for U.S. House in NC-04 in 2026.

Nida made history as the first Muslim woman ever elected to public office in North Carolina. She won a seat on the Durham County Board of Commissioners, and she went on to serve as the youngest Chair of the County Commission, delivering real wins on affordable housing, a living wage, immigrant services, and education. 

Now she’s stepping up to challenge a Congressional member who is supported by powerful outside groups, including AIPAC aligned super PACs, that have spent millions trying to shape this seat. 

Nida is a fighter and has been bold on the issues that matter: Medicare for All, climate action, workers’ rights, reproductive justice, immigrant protections, and a foreign policy rooted in human rights. 

Now it’s our turn to stand with Nida and help elect a fighter for working families.
