The housing bills include supply- and demand-side solutions, ranging from supporting first-time home buyers to reducing tax and zoning burdens on new developments to allow more houses to be built.

And the education portion invests in rural schools and educators, connects students to the resources they need to succeed, and lowers education-related costs.
