Asian Americans are part of the story and history of this country. We've centered the stories and carried forward the struggles of generations who built this country, who fought for belonging, and who refused to be erased from the American story. That same resilience and collective action are what we bring to this pivotal moment.
In places like Minneapolis and across the country, Asian American communities and allies are organizing on the ground to protect immigrant families, and respond to escalating enforcement that threatens lives, livelihoods and our family's safety.
And we remain committed to supporting local efforts in Minnesota and nationwide to keep families together, defend human dignity, and demand accountability from Congress and the Administration to uphold civil rights. Our communities have continued to advocate, educate and empower in the face of exclusion and injustice, showing what is possible when resilience is met with collective action.
Asian Americans Advancing Justice – AAJC has stood alongside communities to advance our civil and human rights. As we approach our 35th anniversary this year, we do so at a pivotal moment, one that calls for sustained investment, shared leadership, and a renewed commitment to justice as we confront both persistent inequities and emerging threats.
