Dear Judicial Watch Member,

I have two HUGE updates to share from Judicial Watch’s fight for
election integrity:

* OREGON OFFICIALS ANNOUNCED THEY WILL BEGIN THE PROCESS
OF REMOVING UP TO 800,000 INACTIVE NAMES OFF THE STATE’S VOTER
ROLLS.

The announcement came AFTER Judicial Watch sued Oregon in federal
court under the National Voter Registration Act (NVRA).

Our lawsuit exposed that 35 of Oregon’s 36 counties had overall
registration rates exceeding 100% and that 29 of their 36 counties
hadn’t removed any inactive voters in over a decade.

This means that Judicial Watch lawsuits brought under NVRA have now
resulted in 5.8 million dirty voter names being removed around the
country – That’s 5.8 million fewer opportunities for fraud

* BREAKING: THE SUPREME COURT OF THE UNITED STATES HAS ANNOUNCED
THAT ARGUMENTS FOR JUDICIAL WATCH’S LANDMARK ELECTION DAY LAWSUIT
AGAINST MISSISSIPPI WILL BE HEARD MARCH 23.

This news broke just as I was writing this update. The case will mark
Judicial Watch’s second Supreme Court appearance in recent months
and will seek to uphold a ruling by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the
Fifth Circuit which struck down a Mississippi law unconstitutionally
allowing election officials to count mail-in ballots received up to
five days after Election Day.

The Supreme Court will soon have an opportunity to reaffirm that
“Election Day” means what it says under federal law. Counting
ballots received after Election Day not only violates federal law but
encourages voter fraud and undermines voter confidence.

Our hope is that the Supreme Court will uphold the historic decision
by the Fifth Circuit which sensibly concluded that counting ballots
received after Election Day is unlawful.

Fuel Our Next Victory For Clean Voter Rolls

Removing nearly 6 million invalid names from voter rolls and bringing
two landmark election integrity cases to The Supreme Court are MAJOR
MILESTONES FOR JUDICIAL WATCH which are a testament to our team’s
heavy lifting and to our online community of supporters who spread the
word about our important work – THANK YOU!

Keep The Momentum Going

While I’m proud of our achievements in the fight for clean
elections, they carry great costs and I must be honest about how much
work is still ahead. Just on the front for cleaning up voter rolls,
our team estimates that THERE ARE STILL 24 MILLION DIRTY VOTER NAMES
ON ROLLS AROUND THE COUNTRY.

If you’re able to, please mark our major milestones for election
integrity by making your first-time contribution to Judicial Watch.

P.S. Just in the last couple of weeks, Oregon agreed to remove 800,000
dirty names from their voter rolls AFTER being sued by Judicial Watch
AND The Supreme Court announced that our historic case to end the
practice of counting ballots received after Election Day will be heard
on March 23. Judicial Watch truly does the HEAVY LIFTING when it comes
to fighting for clean elections and it’s a lift we can only make
with your support. Please make your first-time gift now to help us
keep the momentum going for election integrity and to support the
expected and unexpected fights ahead.
