You hear it every couple of years: “This is the most important election of our lifetime.” But I have to say, this year it really is true.
Not only do we have to get rid of the dangerous autocrat in the White House, but we also have to elect a fresh set of leaders to the halls of Congress to bring real change to Washington.
I believe one of those leaders must be Joe Kennedy.
Joe will bring to the Senate something we badly need — new, innovative ways of tackling old, persistent problems.
I’m wholeheartedly supporting Joe in his bid to become the next senator of Massachusetts, and I hope you’ll join me with a donation of $10 or $15 right now — before the end-of-month deadline just 3 days away.
Back in 2017, I founded Let America Vote, an organization dedicated to ending voter suppression and protecting this sacred right for all Americans. Joe Kennedy shares my concerns about voting rights and led the call for a vote-by-mail program in Massachusetts.
Joe and I are passionate about a lot of the same issues, from ending the stigma of mental illness to supporting our nation’s veterans to enacting criminal justice reform.
Of course, passion alone won’t solve this country’s problems. It’s going to take a lot of resolve and hard work. I’m backing Joe because I think he’s got what it takes to finally break through and take our country where we need to go.
If you believe in Joe like I do, if you want America to emerge from the crises of the past as a new and better nation that works for all people, then I hope you’ll throw your support behind Joe’s campaign right now.
Click here to give whatever you can, whether it’s $10, $15, or $100. But please do it before the end-of-month deadline this coming Friday. The primary election is on September 1, and Joe’s going to need all the help he can get to win.
Joe has made it clear: He won’t allow America to go back to “normal,” because our normal is broken. We need to create a better America that isn’t mired in the injustices and inequities of the past. We need change.
So let’s get Joe to the U.S. Senate. Are you with me?
Best,
Jason Kander
