Herbert, this is BIG. 

Today is the first day of Early Voting in my race. As you read this, Illinoisans are already casting their ballots.

It's exciting, but it's also a reminder that we're truly in the final stretch – and that we urgently need to work together to win. Here's why:

[1] Mobilizing our supporters and convincing undecided voters is a major – and expensive – task. We’re traveling all over, powering our volunteers, and broadcasting our message on TV. 

[2] A Super PAC is on the air with seven figures of ads to support my opponent and mislead voters in this final stretch. We need to fight back ASAP. 

[3] If we fall short of our fundraising goals, we’d have to pull back our efforts at the worst possible moment — just as voters are making up their minds. Remember, every day from now on, thousands of votes will be locked in. 

So much is at stake – and I’m counting on you, Herbert, and our entire team of grassroots supporters, to chip in at moments exactly like this one. Will you rush $10 or $15 today to mobilize the voters we need to win before the first day of voting ends?
