Last week, FBI agents descended on Fulton County's election operations center with trucks and seized 700 boxes of ballots and records from 2020.

Every audit confirmed those results. Every recount backed them up. Every court challenge failed. Georgia officials have certified these elections multiple times over five years.

So why raid the facility now?

Because this isn't about 2020. It's about 2026.

Fulton County Commission Chairman Robb Pitts said it plainly: "Fulton County has been targeted for years because I refused to bend to pressure" from Trump after the 2020 election.

Senator Jon Ossoff called the raid "a shot across the bow at the midterm elections." Local officials warn this is just the beginning — that other counties and states will be targeted next.

The Justice Department is building a nationwide voter database without congressional authorization. They're demanding full voter files from over 20 states. They've appointed the U.S. attorney behind the Fulton County raid to investigate election officials nationwide.

And Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard — whose job focuses on foreign threats, not domestic election administration — personally appeared at the raid scene.

Every election official in America just got the message: cooperate with overturning elections, or federal agents might show up at your door.

That's not democracy. That's authoritarianism.

The 2026 midterms are less than 10 months away. Trump has said "people will soon be prosecuted" over 2020. His administration just raided one county that refused to help overturn those results.

Fulton County officials said these records "were likely to be unsealed and turned over in a matter of weeks" through normal legal processes. Trump didn't wait. He sent the FBI with trucks instead.
