[<[link removed] Policy Alliance>] Helping Shape the Future of Women's Sports [<[link removed]>] Dear Friend, Today, on National Girls and Women in Sports Day , we celebrate the strength, discipline, and achievements of female athletes across the country and reflect on a pivotal moment for women’s sports. Just a few weeks ago, our work with our Family Policy Councils (FPCs) brought us to a pivotal moment, as we stood together at the U.S. Supreme Court while the Justices heard cases that will shape the future of women’s sports nationwide. One of these FPCs, Texas Values, took time to speak with our Vice President of Government Affairs, Dylan Jeremiah . [WATCH HERE <[link removed]>] As early as 2016, long before this issue gained national attention, Family Policy Alliance (FPA) began raising concerns about fairness in women’s sports. At the time, only a few states were beginning to address the issue, but we knew the stakes for female athletes were too high to ignore . That early leadership led to historic action. In 2020, FPA helped lead the charge to pass the nation's first Save Women’s Sports law in Idaho. That victory sparked a nationwide movement. Through the #SaveGirlsSports campaign and coalition calls with FPC leaders and Statesmen Academy® alumni, we elevated the issue nationwide. FPCs carried the work forward on the ground, with Statesmen Academy alumni frequently leading as bill sponsors. From early advocacy to landmark legislation—and now the highest court in the land— FPA remains committed to defending fairness, opportunity, and truth for girls
