Honoring Survivors and Highlighting Organizations Working to Combat Modern-day Slavery
July 30 is the World Day against Trafficking in Persons. This year, we are called to promote survivor's rights and dignity, as well as highlight individuals and organizations on the front-line in combating this shameful crime.
Please see Bishop Mario Dorsonville, auxiliary Bishop of Washington and Chairman of the Committee on Migration's statement in honor of the international day.
Please join us tomorrow at 1pm Eastern time for a webinar and learn how Catholic organizations are working to prevent and eliminate sex and labor trafficking on the national and local level. See the flyer below and please register.
