[link removed] [[link removed]] John,

Zach here, Sarah’s campaign manager. I wanted to follow up after Sarah shared her note about knocking doors in the cold and asking folks what’s most on their minds right now.

One of the reasons I believe so strongly in Sarah as a candidate is that she genuinely does the work. She knocks the doors herself. She listens carefully. And she actually reads the responses that come in from emails like that one.

So far, we’ve heard a lot from people across the district about health care and the cost of groceries. Those concerns are shaping how we think about this race and where Sarah focuses her time and energy.

We’re sitting down later today to go through the responses, and it looks like you haven’t had a chance to complete the survey yet. I just wanted to make sure it didn’t get lost in your inbox.

If you have a minute, I know Sarah would really value hearing what matters most to you. [[link removed]]

Thanks for being part of this and for taking the time to engage. It truly makes a difference in how we approach these next months.

John,

I’ve been knocking doors across IA-03 in 13-degree weather.

It’s cold, and it’s not easy, but it’s one of the best ways I stay grounded in what people are actually dealing with. When you’re standing on someone’s front step in weather like that, you get honest conversations.

A lot of what I’m hearing depends on the moment people are in. Things change month to month. For some folks right now it’s the cost of groceries or heating their homes. For others it’s health care, schools, or just wanting to feel like someone in Washington is listening.

That’s why I wanted to ask you the same thing.

What’s the biggest issue on your mind right now?

If you have a minute, I’d really appreciate you sharing what matters most to you by taking a short survey here: [link removed] [[link removed]]

Your answers help shape how I approach this race and how I show up for the people I’m hoping to represent.

Thank you for being part of this,

Sarah
