*FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE*

*Governor’s 2026 Prayer Breakfast SOLD OUT*

"“Jennie and I look forward to this event each year because it always weaves together prayer, friendship, and a deep sense of community”"

*CHEYENNE, WYO.*, *Feb. 4, 2026*- Governor Mark Gordon thanks the people of Wyoming for their support of  the 2026 Governor’s Prayer Breakfast, a tradition that has brought Wyomingites together in prayer, reflection, and community for more than 70 years. The sold out breakfast, a long-standing tradition spanning more than 75 years, will be held on February 12 at 6:30am at Little America Hotel and Resort.

The Governor’s Prayer Breakfast is made possible entirely through private sponsorships, with no state tax dollars used to fund the event. It is organized by the Wyoming Governor’s Residence Foundation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting events and initiatives that strengthen civic and community life in Wyoming.

This year’s presenting sponsor is Black Hills Energy. Supporting sponsors include Cheyenne Frontier Days, Derby Club and Wyoming Downs, Downing Strategy & Solutions, GoWest Credit Union Association, NaphCare, NextEra Energy, Rocky Mountain Power, UniWyo Credit Union, Wyoming Bankers Association, and Wyoming Hospital Association. Their contributions help ensure the event remains accessible, meaningful, and reflective of Wyoming’s values.

Rooted in the tradition of the National Prayer Breakfast, held annually in Washington, D.C. since 1953, the Wyoming Governor’s Prayer Breakfast is non-denominational and nonpartisan, welcoming attendees from all backgrounds. It continues to serve as a moment of unity, reflection, and shared purpose for communities across the state.
