Falls prevention is a team effort
We are excited to invite you to two important conversations about falls prevention this year. Join us for a Facebook viewing party on Sept. 23 @ 12:00 p.m. ET. It's an opportunity to hear from real health care professionals about all the people who can help an older adult identify and address fall risks. Viewers will be able to ask questions in the comments, and your organization or resident experts are invited to contribute to that conversation! The next day, Sept. 24, at 1:00 p.m. ET, we're hosting our annual Falls Prevention Awareness Day Twitter Chat. Use the #FPAD2019 hashtag and follow us on Twitter to join the conversation. These events reach thousands of people each year. We're excited for you to make them a part of your Falls Prevention Awareness Day activities.
