 John, As a proud Girl Dad, I know you share my deepest conviction: we have a solemn responsibility to protect our daughters, on and off the field. Right now, the fairness, safety, and equal opportunities our daughters deserve in sports are under attack. Across the nation, the integrity of women's athletics is being compromised, and as fathers, we simply cannot stand by and watch. That’s why today, on National Girls & Women in Sports Day, I’m launching the Girl Dads for Burt coalition—a statewide effort of fathers dedicated to uniting our voices in this fight. I have been fighting to stop biological boys from competing in girls’ sports, and this coalition is about taking that fight to the next level.
