Friend — Donald Trump is referenced in the Epstein files at least 38,000 times, according to an analysis by the New York Times.
Now we know why the Republican Party has turned into the Pedophile Protection Party before our very eyes.
First Trump’s FBI released a fake “document dump” to distract their own supporters. Then Kash Patel asserted there was no evidence of trafficking minors. Then Pam Bondi backed down from releasing the files, after saying they were on her desk.
Republicans in the House blocked multiple attempts to vote on the bill that would release the files. Speaker Mike Johnson even delayed the swearing in of a duly elected Democratic Congresswoman to avoid her forcing a vote on the bill. Once the bill was passed, Trump’s DOJ dragged their feet on releasing the files in violation of the law. And they still haven’t even released everything.
Republicans knew the Epstein Files would expose Trump as well as the wealthy and political elite, many of whom bankroll their campaigns, and tried to stop them from being released.
But we persisted, and now the entire world can read the millions of documents detailing Jeffrey Epstein’s close relationships with many powerful people, including Donald Trump. Some of these documents confirm previous reporting about Trump’s ties to Epstein — reporting that the White House denied.
And while the DOJ is refusing to pursue additional charges, we still have tools of accountability.
