Welcome back to the Wednesday Watchlist.



If you’ve been here before, then you know that what we want to do is target
the leading groups in the market.



You’ll see that clearly with our first trade idea for this week’s watchlist
below.



Trade Idea #1 – Hecla Mining Company (HL)



Hecla Mining Company (HL) has been an absolute monster.



In the last six months, it broke out and soared from $5 to $35 – before
pulling back sharply to the $20–$22 range.



And as you can see it’s just touched its 50-day Simple Moving Average.



As a rule, when buying breakout stocks – it’s a good idea to always buy the
first touch of the 50-day moving average.



It’s a strong level of moving support – and in a leading stock like this ,
often signals a bounce ahead.



I would buy HL at current prices with a stop loss at $20.10.



Trade Idea #2 – Costamere Inc. (CMRE)



Shipping has just popped up as a new leading group.



Normally, I want to see these leading groups stay in the charts for a bit
longer before I make a move.



But in this case, I’m going to be taking an early stab at one of these…



With a stock called Costamere Inc. (CMRE).



Now, the chart is not perfect – but it’s pretty damn good.



We got a nice clean breakout back in late October…



Followed by some shallowing action below a defined resistance line for the
next few months.



And now, it’s just broken out past that resistance level at decent volume.



I would buy CMRE at current prices with a stop loss at $15.70.
