Last week's arrest of journalist Don Lemon wasn't an isolated incident — it was
a warning shot.

Federal agents arrested him for covering a protest. When a federal judge refused
to authorize it, finding "no evidence" of criminal behavior, the administration
simply went around that judge until they got what they wanted.

This is the playbook now: Ignore judicial oversight. Criminalize journalism.
