Hey Friend!

Did you hear? It looks like we're headed back for a second Special Session. Watch for the Governor to officially issue a proclamation over the next day or so.

That means I'm leaving RIGHT NOW for Carson City. As before, I'll be advocating for progressive issues and continuing our live-stream legislative session series, Out In Front. Our first episode of the second session is scheduled for 6p this Thursday on Facebook.

Top of the list for the coming days? Address Unemployment and Evictions, Call for Worker Safety Protections, Reform Criminal Justice, and Ensure Voting Access and Safety. It's going to take everything we have and I'm asking you to support the BBP team.

As we roll into August we'll continue bringing you updates from Carson City. We'll be closely monitoring the legislative process and sharing actions you can take. We are hoping that the #NVLeg will be working on worker safety protections, unemployment, evictions, criminal justice, and voting. And each day we'll be talking to electeds and activists, and live-steaming updates for you.
