Congress could pass the next COVID-19 relief package very soon. As they deliberate, rates of infection are soaring and already-existent racial disparities are being magnified. Black and Brown communities are dying and being hospitalized at disproportionate rates, and we have yet to see meaningful relief come from our lawmakers.

This cannot wait. The ACLU is pushing the Senate on four key priorities to protect the health and future of our country. Will you join our unified calls to make sure they hear us in time? Take each action below to send your Senators the critical message to:

1. Mandate and provide funding for no-excuse absentee mail-in voting and early voting
2. Expand early release for people in prisons and jails most vulnerable to COVID-19
3. Provide funding for emergency rental assistance
4. Provide access to COVID-19 testing and treatment for everyone, regardless of immigration status
