Gov. Andy Beshear prioritized affordable housing for Kentuckians in his 2026 budget – proposing $150 million for the Affordable Housing Trust Fund.

Gov. Wes Moore passed The Housing Expansion and Affordability Act – making housing more affordable and accessible for Marylanders by removing unnecessary barriers to housing construction.

Gov. Mikie Sherrill issued SIX executive orders on her first day in office to lower costs and freeze utility rate hikes – making sustainable changes for the people of New Jersey.
