Kansas SB333 – Prohibiting Fluoride in Drinking Water
MAHA’s Position: 👍 Vote yes!
Why This Matters:
The MAHA Movement supports this bill because it protects Kansans from involuntary exposure to a neuroactive, industrial additive in their drinking water and restores local control over personal health decisions. Ending water fluoridation aligns with MAHA’s emphasis on clean, minimally treated water, reducing toxic burdens, and respecting informed consent rather than mass medication through public infrastructure.
By stopping the use of fluoride additives in public water systems, this bill advances MAHA’s vision of cleaner water, reduced toxic exposures, and greater respect for individual choice in health interventions.

MAHA’s Position: 👎 Vote no!
Why This Matters:
The MAHA Movement does not support this bill because it locks Kansas into federal minimum standards and prevents the state from requiring stronger, precautionary warnings based on emerging science or local health harms. By declaring federally approved labels automatically adequate for state purposes, HB 2476 undermines Kansas’ ability to demand clearer disclosures about chronic, low-dose, and combined pesticide risks to children, farmworkers, and rural communities.
By preempting stronger state-level pesticide warnings in favor of federal labels, this bill conflicts with MAHA’s commitment to reducing toxic chemical exposures and defending communities’ right to know the full risks they face.

MAHA’s Position: 👍 Vote yes!
Why This Matters:
The MAHA Movement supports this bill because it enshrines informed consent, medical freedom, and bodily autonomy as core legal rights, preventing coercive health mandates and discrimination based on personal medical choices. By limiting the power of governments, employers, and institutions to pressure or punish individuals over vaccines and other interventions, HB 2199 advances MAHA’s commitment to respecting individual sovereignty in health and protecting families from one-size-fits-all medical policies.
By codifying the right to refuse medical interventions without losing jobs, education, or basic freedoms, this bill powerfully advances MAHA’s vision of medical freedom, informed consent, and genuine bodily autonomy for all.

MAHA’s Position: 👍 Vote yes!
Why This Matters:
The MAHA Movement supports this bill because it protects New Yorkers from discrimination and coercion based on their personal medical choices, including decisions about vaccines and other interventions. By rolling back mandate-based access rules in education, business, and public life, S8723 advances MAHA’s core commitments to medical freedom, informed consent, and bodily autonomy.
By ending the use of medical status as a gatekeeper for school, services, and public participation, this bill strongly advances MAHA’s vision of a society that respects individual medical choice and rejects coercive health mandates.

MAHA’s Position: 👍 Vote yes!
Why This Matters:
The MAHA Movement supports this bill because it directly advances medical freedom and bodily autonomy by prohibiting coercive health mandates from employers, schools, businesses, and government. By preventing discrimination or loss of opportunities based on personal decisions about vaccines and other medical interventions, the Arizona Medical Freedom Act aligns with MAHA’s commitment to informed consent and the right of individuals and families to control their own health choices.
By banning medical-intervention mandates as a condition for work, school, services, or public participation, this bill powerfully advances MAHA’s vision of a society grounded in bodily autonomy, medical freedom, and truly voluntary health decisions.
