The Minnesota Department of Revenue updated our Sales and Use Tax publication previously titled Lawn and Garden Maintenance, Tree and Shrub Services.

It’s now called Landscape Maintenance Services. The publication still covers all the same topics, but we’ve added clarity to help you navigate the information more easily.
