Our next governor will have a long to-do list, friends

Before I ask you to chip in to our grassroots campaign, I’d like to explain what just a few of my immediate priorities will be as governor of Colorado:

✔️ Standing up to Trump.
As your attorney general, I’ve taken the lawless Trump administration to court 52+ times and counting — and we are winning again and again. When I’m your governor, if Trump wants to harm the people of Colorado, he’ll have to go through me.

✔️ Affordable housing and communities.
We all need a safe place to live. I’ll protect renters from unfair practices, support first-time home-buyers, boost the number of homes Coloradans can afford, and much more.

✔️ Investments in our public schools.
I’m ready to fight for the public schools we all deserve by paying our teachers a living wage, providing down payment support so they can afford homes in the communities where they work, and leading an effort at the ballot box so we can invest in K-12 schools, teachers, and our kids’ futures. And when it comes to whether Colorado should opt in to the Trump plan that will open the door to school vouchers, I am the only candidate in this race committed to opposing this challenge to public education.

✔️ Opportunities for our workforce.
We’ll connect more Coloradans with good-paying jobs through earn-and-learn programs, service opportunities in ColoradoCorps, and greater access to training programs through zero-interest loans and living stipends.

✔️ Protections for our land, air, and water.
There are no backup public lands, clean air, and clean water — these are the only resources we will ever have. I will fight to continue our transition to clean energy, develop proactive wildfire mitigation, and strengthen oversight over our water and air quality.

My time listening to and learning from neighbors like you means I understand the urgency behind these concerns — and I will never allow out-of-state billionaires to distract or sway us from them.
