John, I know you’ve heard this before — “every dollar counts.”
For grassroots movements like ours, this isn’t a marketing tagline, but the reality of our mission. Just a few dollars could be the difference between having what we need on any given day or going without, and we need every bit of help we can get to beat Citizens United.
As we prepare to launch our first volunteer trainings across Montana, we wanted to tell you exactly how donations from people like you make a difference:

A $5 contribution equips a volunteer with a clipboard, signature papers, and a pen for one volunteer shift.
A $10 contribution pays for one volunteer training by one of our experienced staff members.
A $25 contribution supplies a volunteer with a gas card to reach our rural allies for signature collection.
A $50 contribution supplies a hot coffee station for one canvassing shift. (For your reference, the current temperature in Helena is 40℉.)
A $100 contribution supplies one of our outposts with enough water bottles for 30 volunteer shifts.
A $250 contribution helps us keep our lawyer on retainer to leap over legal hurdles and make sure we make it on the 2026 ballot.
A $500 contribution takes a bite out of the rent for our office headquarters, where we store supplies, host meetings, and work late nights to beat Citizens United!
This is a big operation, John, and we are grateful for every bit of support we get. I wouldn’t ask if it wasn’t important, so please, can you make a donation today?
Dutifully yours,
Jeff Mangan
