The legislature is back in session and the Republican controlled Kansas House is busy doing an awful lot of things, and it’s clear that helping Kansans tackle the affordability crisis isn’t a priority.

We have bills about extra layers of administrative burden over culture war issues.

We have bills about rejecting the World Health Organization.
-
We had a bill forced through the legislature about bathrooms. Again.
You know what is missing? A single bill from the GOP to do anything tangible to help you with the rising cost of groceries.
The only way this stops is if we send more Democrats to the State Capitol. At the KDP, we’re investing in the infrastructure that will win elections - but we need you to step up and pitch in. Chip in $5, $10, $25, or whatever you can give to make sure we have the resources to win in 2026.
