Big things are happening this month at First Liberty. And it's

Ten Commandments monuments are starting to pop up all over the country
as a result of the Coach Kennedy victory at the Supreme Court. Our
Holy Trinity Church case is going viral on social media. And our

Liberty Commission meeting.

February marks two years since the Oregon Court of Appeals re-heard
the Klein's case.

As you may remember, Aaron and Melissa's bakery Sweet Cakes by
Melissa was flourishing. Melissa, an award-winning cake artist, let
her faith guide every creation and had never been happier in her work.

Then the Kleins told a customer that they could not create a custom
cake for a same-sex wedding because it went against their religious
beliefs.

In response, Oregon fined the Kleins over $135,000 and the Klein
family began receiving death threats - all for simply living out
their faith at work.

Aaron and Melissa made the difficult decisions to shut down their
family bakery and then to flee the state for a place more protective
of their freedoms.

For over 10 years, you've made it possible for First Liberty
Institute to stand with Aaron and Melissa. You've helped deliver
two Supreme Court victories allowing their case to continue, but the
fight to protect their right to run their bakery according to their
beliefs is still going on.

Your support means that clients like the Kleins can fight to protect
